Ghi chú: Khách hàng do CTV giới thiệu sẽ được theo dõi trong suốt quá trình hợp tác, nếu khách hàng có phát sinh đơn hàng tiếp theo (liên hệ qua CTV hoặc trực tiếp công ty) thì tỷ lệ chiết khấu hoa hồng tương ứng vẫn được thanh toán cho CTV.

Khi chấm dứt quyền CTV, CTI Việt Nam có trách nhiệm thanh toán toàn bộ dư nợ còn lại chưa được thanh toán cho CTV. Mọi quyền lợi khác của CTV sẽ được CTI thu hồi.

REGULATIONS AND POLICIES FOR COLLABORATORS (CTV)
I. REGULATIONS
1. Members participating in sales must be Vietnamese nationals, aged 20 or older, and possess full civil capacity.
2. Use the company's provided images and content strictly for business purposes.
3. CTVs are only allowed to sell products in the Technical Services field.
4. Maintain a polite attitude towards customers to uphold the image and brand of Lam Son Company.
5. CTVs must provide all customer information to the company's central management.
6. CTVs must sell products at the prices set by the company.
II. COMMISSION CALCULATION METHOD ON SALES REVENUE
A. Commission Calculation Method
Sales commission (as per the specified %) = Total order value - Promotional discounts - Trade discounts (actual order value paid by the customer) - Shipping costs (if any), excluding VAT and other fees payable by the customer.
**Note:** The product sale price does not include shipping fees; shipping fees or other charges are not included in the commission calculation for CTV sales.
B. Commission Rates
1. A 5% commission is given when: CTV introduces a customer to buy the company's products and requires sales staff support for consultation and contract signing (CTV only needs to provide the interested customer's phone number, and the sales staff will contact and close the deal).
2. A 10% commission is given when: CTV introduces a customer to buy the company's products and directly consults and closes the order. Customers are subject to bulk purchase policies.
3. A 12% commission is given when: CTV introduces a customer who signs a contract to become an agent or distributor of the company's products. A one-time commission of 12% is given on the agent's first order.
**Note:** Customers introduced by CTVs will be tracked throughout the collaboration period. If the customer places subsequent orders (through the CTV or directly with the company), the corresponding commission rate will still be paid to the CTV.
III. BENEFITS OF COLLABORATORS
1. CTVs do not need to invest any initial capital; products will be shipped from the main company after CTVs or customers place orders directly with the company.
2. Access to company profiles and related documents for marketing and promotion to potential markets and customers.
3. Support with sales knowledge and product information. Provision of materials, product catalogs, technical information, solutions, etc., to aid in sales.
4. Information on prices, products, policies, and promotional programs will be provided.
5. Support in consultation and negotiation upon request. For customer demands beyond the CTV's handling capacity, the company will support and manage.
6. Receive a 10% commission on even a single order.
IV. OBLIGATIONS OF COLLABORATORS
1. Actively promote the brand, market products, and seek and exploit potential customer sources.
2. Use only the information provided by the company for customer consultations. Do not provide incorrect advice contrary to the company’s policies, or make any promises beyond capabilities or not related to the company's products and services.
3. CTVs are prohibited from misusing the company’s name for illegal activities or actions that could harm the company’s reputation and brand.
4. Do not accept any payment from customers during the CTV process, including deposits or fees (if any).
5. During their time as a CTV for CTI Vietnam, CTVs must not introduce new customers or solicit existing customers for any competing companies in the same industry.
V. TERMINATION OF COOPERATION
1. When a CTV violates the terms of this policy, affecting customer rights, company rights, or image, or repeatedly violates, does not cooperate with the company despite reminders, and fails to rectify the situation.
2. When a CTV has no sales revenue for six consecutive months.
3. When a CTV voluntarily requests to withdraw from the CTI Vietnam CTV program.
4. When CTI Vietnam decides to terminate the entire CTV program.
5. Upon termination of CTV rights, CTI Vietnam is responsible for settling any outstanding dues to the CTV. All other CTV benefits will be reclaimed by CTI.
